All orders are shipped via ATS Healthcare. Orders are processed and shipped every Tuesday and usually arrive within 2-3 business days for Western Canada and 5 business days for Eastern Canada.
Please note that wines may only be shipped within Canada, excluding the Territories. Please use a street address for shipping, we cannot ship to PO boxes or rural route addresses. We require a signature from a customer over the legal drinking age on all deliveries. Wine cannot be left at delivery address unattended. If no one is present at the premises upon delivery, the shipment can be picked up from the closest ATS Healthcare location. Sorry for any inconveniences. BILLING/REFUND POLICY
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All orders are in CAD. We don’t accept refunds or exchanges. We will replace products in case of damage during transport.
