A taste of summer.
Summery, unique, semi-sweet wine crafted from Lilac flowers. The aroma from the blossoms, some semi-sweet honey on the tongue balanced with a nice acidity and the seductive taste of the flower. Lila was Spirit Hills summer wine for 2013. It is sold out. While we might bring this back at some time in the future, for now we have to allocate our tanks to our other regular wines. Stay tuned.
