The design of the Spirit Hills Winery integrates elements of traditional European wine cellars with Western Canadian influences. The Bonjean’s believe it is important for the wine to ferment in an environment that honours its heritage and provides an ambiance that stimulates the senses. The winery and tasting room were built by local craftsmen and are a testimony to their skill and art.
One of a Kind Tour
Experience Spirit Hills
The Spirit Hills winery tours and tastings are family friendly, fun and educational. The entire tour is led indoors by one of our star team members. You will learn about: The Rocky Mountain Foothills, wildflowers, harvesting process, wine production and the bees!
Throughout the tour you will get to sample a variety of delicious flower wines so you can experience the flavours, colors and aromas of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Foothills.
After the tour you can enjoy a glass of wine and/or cocktail on our patio and enjoy the spectacular views of the Foothills!
The Spirit Hills tasting room is open year-round for tours and tastings.

For walk-in tastings the winery is open: 10:00am-5:00pm (April to October) Wednesday-Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm (November to March) Friday & Saturday or by appointment $20 for tour & tastings, $12 for walk-in tastings
Tours take 1 hour and take place all indoors. No need to worry about the weather!
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays with exception of long weekends.
